2 Spindle Turret Rewinders |
|
The MR and JR Series
Turret Rewinders from KTI are freestanding machines which operate in-line
with web printing or converting presses. They are capable of
continuously winding a full web or multiple slit webs directly from the
end of the press. |
|
   |
|

|
- KTI's unique spindle transfer system
increases reliability and eliminates the need for aggressive hot melt glue, high
maintenance spindle clutches, mechanical press connections and critical speed matching
devices.
- All machine functions of the
"MR" Series are precisely handled by KTI's unique "distributed"
microprocessor control system.
-
"MR" series comes
in 2 and 3 spindle models. The 3 spindle model is available in
16, 20 and 24 inch web widths with a 24 inch roll diameter. MR
Series 2 spindle models are available in 18 to 32 inch web width
with a 40 or 50 inch roll diameter.
